Commencing after the 21st Instant Troops in Garrison WILL MARCH IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS LAID DOWN in Section XVI PART II Queens Report March Out
Once A Week. The selection of the day for the Weekly March Out is for the
presently left to the Commanding Officer, but it should be held on early in the
week. So that the chance of being unable to perform one march in the week on
account of the state of the weather may be comprised.
At the foot of the Monthly Returns the dates of the Weekly March will be given,
and a separate memo attached: giving DETAILS of Officers and Non Commissioned
Officers and mem PRESENT,
DISTANCE MARCHED, ROUTE TRAVERSED AND TIME TAKEN WITH ANY REMARKS the
Commanding Officer may wish to make.
Attention is called to the INSTRUCTIONS LAID DOWN IN SEC XVI PARA.13 Part II
Queens Regulations, Part V Section 2 , Infantry Drill,
on the Subject of Route Marching - These Instructions Are To Be Strictly
Adhered to and any DEPARTURE THERE FROM WHICH OWNING LOCAL OR TEMPORARY
CONDITIONS, may in the option of the Commanding Officer be ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY
to at once to be reported.

Services 1889. One General Monthly Requisition,
after a careful inspection should alone be sent in by each Corps or Department.
"Immediate and Urgent" Requisitions should as a rule be confined to such items as broken windows, defective stoves
and stove pipes, leaky roofs, locks and bars to windows and doors of Prisoners
rooms and to such Matters as are likely to effect the health of the Occupant.
