In Accordance with Pay Para: 33 TREASURERS CHEST REGULATIONS, A Board of Officers composed as under will assemble at the District Pay Office at12:00 Noon on Thursday next the 31st instant, to verify the contents of the Treasurers Chest.

An Examination of Candidates for 2nd and 3rd Class Certificates of Education, will take place in the Garrison School Room Wellington Barracks at 9.00 AM on Friday next the 1st Prox: where the candidates will muster at 8:45 AM on that date. The Necessary Stationery and Army Forms 315, and 316 will be furnished by the Corps of the candidates.
A Non Comd Officer from each Corps will attend to identify the men.
Commanding Officer Corps will forward A List of all candidates to the Sub-Inspector of Army Schools Royal Artillery Park by noon tomorrow.

Officer Commanding in who's Barracks there is a Fire Engine, or hose for Fire Hydrants will detail a Fatigue Party to be present on the day of Inspection for the purpose of exercising the same, and also lay out all Fire Ladders for Examination.

All Scales, Machines Weighting, Weights and Measures, in use in each Barracks, Forts etc, will also be Laid Out for testing by the Officer in charge of Barracks.

In View to the Annual Course of Musketry Being Commenced Immediately. The State of Weather Permits the Commanding Officer 1st Battalion Leicestershire Regiment is authorised to send a Working Party of 1 Officer and 25 Non Comd Officers and men to McNabs Island, on Thursday the next 2nd Proxime [Weather Permitting] for the Purpose of Preparing The Range, Pitching the Camp and etc.

The Commanding Officer Royal Engineers will be god enough to Detail A Non Comd Officer and A STEADY INTELLIGENT SAPPER TO ASSIST THE OFFICER SUPERINTENDING THE WORK.

Requisitions for Targets, Flags. Disc, etc Camp Equipment, Tent Flooring and 1 extra Blanket for each man and necessary Transport to be sent in, in due time.

The Principal Medical Officer will detail an Medical Officer to proceed to McNabs Island on Wednesday the 1st Proc: An Orderly of the Medical Staff Corps will accompany him, and both Will Be encamped on the Island During The Musketry Course, the later will be Attached to The Leicestershire Regiment for Rations.

and leaving Range Wharf McNabs Island on her return trip at 5:30 PM
Calling at the Lumber Yard only, or direct to the Queens Wharf should the Pilot consider the latter necessary. Soldiers wives and their families will be allowed on board if provided with passes signed by the Officer Commanding the Corps to which they belong. The Troops in Garrison will Parade at 11:30 AM on Friday next in the Citadel in "Review Order" to fire a feu-de-joie in honor of Dominion Day. The Salute of guns will be fired by the local Militia Artillery, in the same manner as fired by the
Royal Artillery on Queens Birthday. The Queen having graciously pleased to approve the Dominion Day in Canada being
observed in a similar manner to her Majesty's Birthday, the Royal Standard will be Hoisted at 8 AM on Friday the 1st of July and remain flying until sunset, A Royal Salute will be fired at noon [ by the local Artillery Militia ] and a feu-de-joie by the Imperial Troops in Garrison
