Mundy Street School, Heanor, Derbyshire.

This photograph was taken in 1999. The head Teacher assures me that there has been no exterior alterations to the building since Bill Gregg was a pupil there from circa 1895.

When Bill attended Mundy Street, the head Master was a Mr. Henry Dix.

A 1929 report from Mundy Street School records mentioning Bill's invitation to a celebratory dinner held in London, and given by H.R.H. the Prince of Wales for all Victoria Cross holders.
