Please contact Graeme Mcilroy at GRAEME@mcilroy73.freeserve.co.uk This photograph was sent in by Graeme in the hope that someone might be able to identify any of the men seen in it. Written on the reverse side of the photo is "young PARKER" and "young BLACK". The two soldiers seen in the photo were almost certainly of the ROYAL IRISH REGIMENT.

Please contact Kylie Emmerton at:- kylie.emerton@talk21.com This photograph of a young military man was recently discovered amongst family papers and the young mans surname may have been PREEDY. The studio portrait was taken in Dublin, Ireland. The young mans uniform suggests that he may have been in a Hussar (Cavalry) regiment or perhaps a local Yeomanry (Cavalry) Regiment. Can you help with any other details about the identity of the young man or more precise information about his possible Regiment and date please?
