This is what he wrote about it "Roberts family moved to Gateshead., and the photo taken Dublin. It is said that he died in Boer War but I have found no trace of death. I have looked at it many times, yet it still amazes me. This is what Eilleen wrote about it, " Attached is a photograph taken from the Volumes of The History of The
Kings Liverpool Regiment in WW1. It was taken in France but I don't know when or where. I think my grandfather is pictured but I don't know the identity of any of the people in the photograph for certain." Please do try to help Eilleen with any information.
