Photo GOLD 1 Please contact Dafanie Goldsmith at :- golden@paradise.net.nz This is the first of two remarkable images from the Boer War era (1899-1902). Both of the photographs were taken in South Africa. This image depicts Dafanie's Grandfather, ROBERT BENNETT. He is the man wearing civilian clothes. Robert served in the Boer War and held a Queens South Africa medal. The Regiment and identities of the 3 soldiers in uniform are unknown. Can you help with the identities of the men and their Regiment/s or units please ?
